This website, along with our ticketing platform and all related services (collectively, the “Services”), is designed to provide attendees with a seamless experience when purchasing tickets, viewing event information, and interacting with us online.

1. Event Access and Age Restrictions

2. Ticketing & Refunds

  • All ticket sales are final.

  • Tickets must be presented in digital or printed form.

  • Lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets will not be honored.

  • Entry is valid only for the ticket holder named or assigned.

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • By submitting payment, you confirm you're authorized to use the selected payment method and will keep your billing info accurate and current.

4. Event Changes & Cancellations

  • Lineup, programming, and venue details are subject to change.

  • Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

  • In case of event cancellation (not due to force majeure), refunds may be issued per the Refund Policy.

5. Behaviour & Liability

  • Arthur’s Day Festival is a licensed and regulated event.

  • Antisocial behavior, violence, drug use, or property damage will result in ejection and possible police involvement.

  • We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage unless required by law.

  • Attendance is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, images, video, and audio are property of LL Events or licensed partners.

  • You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute content without written consent.

7. Third-Party Services & Links
