No Refunds or Exchanges
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions (rain, shine, or even leprechaun mischief)

Illness or personal circumstances

Performer lineup changes
Once a ticket is purchased, the sale is binding under Australian consumer law, unless a refund is required by law.
Event Changes or Cancellation

If the event is rescheduled, all existing tickets remain valid for the new date.

If the event is cancelled, refunds may be offered at our discretion or as required by law.
Ticket Resale is Permitted
If you can no longer attend, you may resell your ticket through:

Trusted third-party resale platforms

Private sale to another individual

Arthur’s Day Festival is not responsible for tickets purchased or sold through unofficial channels.
Scalping & Fake Tickets

Ticket scalping and fraudulent resale are strictly prohibited.

Any tickets that are duplicated, invalid, or obtained illegally will be cancelled without refund.
